Unlike your average cooker that traps the heat in, this little legend’s got convection panels that throw warmth out into the room — just like your trusty old wood-burner.

Cheers to ESSE’s clever heat transfer system, the firebox channels heat straight into the 32-litre oven and across the hob, squeezing every bit of goodness out of your firewood. The hob’s heat shifts from a scorching 300˚C in the centre to a cruisy 190˚C on the edges — giving you full control over the cook.
