This John Henry’s rub has a great flavor of smoked raspberry with a rich Smokey – dried jalapeno flavor. Very good on pork, poultry or fish. It is a spunky blend of ground chipotle chiles and raspberry powder, mixed with dried honey and our guajillo chiles. Our Raspberry Chipotle Rub is a great summer seasoning that works well year-round.
