Ziggy Triple Grill Side Hotplate (Small)

This Ziegler & Brown reversible cast iron side hotplate has been made specifically for the Ziegler & Brown Triple Grill. Featuring one smooth side and one griddle side, this hotplate is non-stick, and rust protected for easy, long-lasting versatility. You can replace either of the side cooking grills with this reversible hotplate. The smooth side is ideal for an order of bacon and eggs, while the griddle side is fantastic for sausages and chops as the oil drains away from the burners, preventing any potential flare ups. For even more versatility, you can choose which configuration you want depending on your cooking needs. Use up to two reversible hotplates at the same time - either replace the two side grills with small hotplates or replace the centre grill with the optional large hotplate plus one side grill – to create extra barbequing space as required. When you’re done grilling, your reversible side hotplate can be dropped into your dishwasher for easy cleaning or simply washed in warm soapy water.
