Three Little Pigs Spicy Chipotle BBQ Sauce

A classic tomato based sauce starting with ketchup, Worcestershire sauce, sugar, seasonings, smoke and chipotle peppers. A smooth and shiny sauce with a dark mahogany hue and a syrupy texture. The sauce runs medium-thin, flowing quickly in a steady stream off a suspended spoon, leaving a thin, transparent coating left clinging to the silverware. Chipotle gains it heat from a great combination of cayenne mash. So there is just enough heat to let you know it’s present, but not enough to overpower the meat flavour.
