The Feedlot Black Angus BBQ Rub

A bold, big, peppery rich and earthly BBQ rub from The Feedlot. This rub features a unique ingredient: Urfa Biber. Only grown and cultivated in Turkey, it is a red pepper that turns a dark maroon as it matures. Through a very specific process involving night binding and sun-drying the pepper turns a deep black purple with a smokey, mild and tobacco-like finish. With the addition of Pasilla chili from Mexico this mild dark chili adds a fruit and chocolate flavour which complements the punch of the Urfa Biber.
